The first step is to contact us and tell us all about your kitchen cabinet painting and remodeling project. Feel free to email photos of your kitchen and all of your cabinets!
Then we’ll talk with you on the phone to discuss your project in detail. We’ll provide ballpark pricing for your cabinet painting from your emailed photos or general pricing estimates for small, medium and large kitchens.
After we talk on the phone about your project, the next step is to schedule your free In-home Design Consultation and cabinet painting quote. Appointments are held on Saturdays.
You’ll love the design appointment! We bring loads of samples—cabinet colors and finishes, and Cambria™ quartz countertops too. With backgrounds in design, we offer our design help during the consultation.
During your design appointment we’ll talk colors, countertops and flooring. You’ll learn the details of our 15-layer, 20-step painting process, and receive your cabinet painting quote.
Since the initial design appointment is the first step in your kitchen remodeling process, you’ll want to take a closer look at our design services to find out how we can help you create your own dream kitchen!
If the initial appointment provided enough design help, skip to Step 7 and schedule your cabinet painting project! Otherwise we’ll help you follow-up on the kitchen remodeling changes that we discussed at your design consultation.
Your list might include changes to countertops, flooring or lighting. You might need cabinets added, moved or modified. If you need our trusted service partners to do some (or all) of the work, we’ll schedule the follow-up quoting appointments.
We offer discounted pricing on flooring and Cambria™ quartz countertops. We’ll schedule a follow-up design consultation at your home or at the Cambria™ showroom to help you make your final material and color selections.
With all of the decisions made and your project timeline in place, everyone gets to work. Whether you are doing the work yourself or using our service partners, everything else is completed first before our cabinet painting, which is the very last step in your kitchen remodeling process.
We want you to feel 100% confident with your cabinet color and finish choice. Before we start the cabinet painting portion of your kitchen project, we’ll paint one of your actual kitchen cabinet doors in your selected color and finish for your approval.
We’ll help you keep your project on track through texts, phone calls, and mini-meetings. We need your kitchen remodel to stay on schedule so we stay on schedule.
Once you approve the color and finish on your kitchen cabinet sample door, it’s time to paint the cabinets! We only refinish one kitchen at a time, so your job will get our full attention.
Your kitchen cabinet doors, drawers and base cabinets all go through our 15-layer, 20-step cabinet refinishing process.
We always paint the doors and drawers first in our cabinet painting studio. The second half of your kitchen cabinet refinishing project takes place in your home painting the base cabinets.
The big day is finally here! We are as excited as our clients on install day. Once we are all done painting your kitchen base cabinets in your home, it’s time to finish the project by re-installing all of the doors and drawers in their fresh new color and finish.
